Background Information 
Mark L. Rosenberg practices in the areas of securities, taxation, and real estate matters. He represents financial institutions, trade associations, developers, manufacturing, and service companies. He was previously a partner in the Washington office of Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger and Hollander, a regional law firm based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Mr. Rosenberg received his B.A. in Economics With High Distinction from The University of Michigan and his law degree from the Harvard Law School. He also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to entering private practice, he was an antitrust prosecutor with the Federal Trade Commission, where he litigated major oil company merger cases. He also served as Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Legislation at the FTC, and as a Subcommittee Counsel for the United States House of Representatives.
