Julian H. Spirer is the founding member of the Spirer Law Firm. He has practiced law for over 30 years and advises on all aspects of business and nonprofit law. Mr. Spirer’s experience covers a broad range of client activities, specialties, and legal needs.
Mr. Spirer has lectured extensively in the Washington metropolitan area and beyond on business and nonprofit legal issues. He regularly serves as a panelist for presentations and seminars on a range of nonprofit and other law topics. He is also a contributor to professional journals and other publications.
